Joe, walking implies a trial at which he was found not guilty. Not being "Frog Marched" indicates that there was insuficient evidence for a prosecutor to even try to indict and you know of course, that Fitzgerald could probably indict a ham sandwich (or so the old saying goes). Thus, NOTHING THERE... no crime, no "outing" no nothing. Case closed.
