Women, Do Not Read This! Really.
I guess that new all-women talk-radio is going after the slow learner market.
It is research that is guaranteed to delight men - and infuriate the women in their lives. A controversial new study has claimed that men really are more intelligent than women. The study - carried out by a man - concluded that men's IQs are almost four points higher than women's. ...Women needn't feel despondent, however, as the scientists believe women can achieve just as much as men - as long as they work harder.
If men are really smart, they won't mention this study to their wives or girlfriends. If you're a woman and you read this despite the warning, take it as a lesson to listen to a man when he tries to tell you something.

My department at work is made up of 8 men, no women. We discussed this study and decided that it was a complete waste of time and money.
The results are obvious and self-evident. :-)

When I was in the high-IQ group biz it was frequently noted how predominant males were (and how certain ethnic groups predominated, too. ouch). Though the highest ever recorded IQ was a woman.
There was some consensus that the Bell Curve for men was flatter, with more men at both extremes. I don't know how that fits into this study.

Listen to me, I'm only going to say this once. I did Not approve of the "I approve of this message," I never had approval with that man, Mr. Woody, I never did and I'm going back to work for the American People.
Now, having said that, I'll note that the study was of kids taking the SAT which is not a representative sample of all men and women, though it may well represent those of college age/intent to go. My wife is far smarter than I when it comes to managing some things, I'm smarter when it comes to others. Over all, I'm absolutely the smartest cause I married her. We do need to question her IQ as she elected to marry me. ;-)

JJ, women spend more than that on shoes. And, our war on terror benefits our citizens of both genders, all races, all religions, all ages, etc. Women don't share their shoes.
The only thing worse than war is the absence of war, which allows evil to prevail.

I always say that my husband is intelligent, but I'm smart. Our IQs are within 2 points of each other, but there are some things he simply cannot grasp that I can as almost second nature. And the reverse is true as well.
I hate these "studies". They are almost always so narrowly focused, then the results are not reported honestly or comprehensively.
