Pallywood Exposed
There is a tendency, including in myself, to see video on TV news as something taken on the fly and a fairly accurate portrayal of what occurred. Please, take the next few minutes to watch this film. You will never see "war" in the middle east again in the same way.
For the left, this should (but probably won't) help them see that what they see is not what they see. See?
A tip 'O The GM Derby to MsUnderestimated
UPDATE: More on the use of human tragedy as propaganda here. I'm never, ever going to look at war photographs in the same way again. You need to read this update, all of it and then come to a conclusion about the morality about Israel's actions. Hezb'ollah: "We tell the whole story TALE!!! Those of you castigating Israel, you're being manipulated. Don't you get it? These animals don't give a damn about the civilians, about the UN peacekeepers, about the Lebanese and for sure don't give a damn about the Israeli civilians.
UPDATE II: Supplied by Oyster at Soy Como Soy, is this lengthy, but well worth viewing video.

While the images were fake, what they represented was accurate.

Whowh..
Watched the whole video and boy is it good. Scary and accurate, but good as well. This needs to be mandatory viewing throughout the West, especially in schools, Congress (!), major and minor media outlets (print, voice and video). It's informative, but still manages to continue reminding the viewer that the people they're talking about aren't representative of all of Islam (not least of which by having prominent Moslem voices helping present their viewpoint of what a danger militant radical Islam presents and why). Totally recommend it to everyone.
Another site that's extremely good is
http://thisongoingwar.blogspot.com
an Israeli site, which serves as a media watchdog/news site, and does a great job keeping the humanity of all sides in perspective, keeping the public's eye on what's really going on over there, and making sure that the media bias gets untwisted back into the proper shape. Give it a look, and read about why they're so dedicated to getting the real facts out there for all to see.
