Le Fromage Commence À sentir
The Cheese Is Beginning To Smell. As news about the riots in France begin to fade from the front pages, what has been learned? Are the rioters a new brand of islamo-fascists? Are they poor underprivileged youth with no idea of how to integrate into French society? Are they merely thugs, with a penchant for toasting marshmallows over Peugots?
Some answers can be found in the blogosphere with varying points of view.
Faceless Bureaucrat wonders why they are burning cars rather than looting stores.
Most Sincerely Folks wonders if the riots are a result of the practice of polygamy.
Mark Steyn believes that it's heading for a Eurabian war and Hugh Hewitt interviews Victor Davis Hanson
Gindy notes: "The riots maybe slowing down, but now French protestors are taking to the streets over the polygamy comments"
Les Français sont des de gens très drôles.

Why doesn't the dominant media talk up these milestones in the French quagmire? Why isn't French President Chirac going to the auto graveyards to see these victims arriving and being put to rest, and shoudn't he go to the homes of the men and women who gave birth to them? How many more cars must be sacrificed?

I linked to an article which you may find interesting - it contains information on potential terrorist cell involvement in the French riots:
