Need MORE Proof?
I have complained long and hard about the lies of the MSM and the totally dishonest twisting of facts (when they don't just leave facts out) and making up stories out of whole cloth. I've provided examples of the chicanery of the MSM, especially the NYTimes, LA Times and Washington Post. Now, there is a really great story on how the NYTimes just can't help themselves when it comes to "the lie."

Wow, what a shame. To use the words of the American fighting men and women in such political ways...to push forward an agenda...it is up to bloggers to bring out the true picture of whats going on...I keep reading military blogs from those who are actually over there...I link to one every week, but now it's time to highlight a few. We should set up a Military Blogs for Truth Blog Burst GM...really...

Well perhaps but really it would be more useful for the administration which is supposedly the 'active' agent behind the Resistance To Islamofascism, to be much more assertive with the perfidious media.
Perhaps a good start would be the immediate FIRING of Scott McClellan and his replacement with someone who wants to fight with the media.
To quote a National Review commentator:
" McClellan isn't a very good press secretary, to put it mildly. He looks as though at any moment he is going to bolt from the podium and go running into the bathroom to throw up."
To put in un-mildly, Scottie is a complete waste of space and should be replaced by someone with a pulse. This is a War to the finish with a malign and dangerous media oligarchy. Blogs can do only so much. Time for the Bush administration to put aside the ridiculous unilateral 'pleasantness' and take the offensive against the media.
I would have put Bolton there as Press Secretary. He would do more good there than engaged in a hopeless attempt to 'reform' the UN. Surely there must be someone in the WH with a gift for gab and a really poor attitude.

Everyday it seems the NYT is exposed for the terrible paper that it is.
I tried to leave a trackback to a post on my site but no go.
I have an email exchange on my site between myself and Bill Borders Publisher of the NYT regarding their failure to report on the Schumer DSCC scandal
