The Party Is Just Beginning!
I have asked Woody to continue to post and be a part of GM's Corner. He has accepted... Let the games begin!
Welcome aboard Woody, really glad to have you!
Posted by GM Roper at May 24, 2005 07:10 AM | TrackBackGM promised that, after ninety days, he would review my progress and consider giving me two weeks unpaid vacation a year and letting me participate in the retirement plan, which is based upon my pay that he has decided not to give me. How could I refuse an offer like that?! This has no downside risk and only upside potential.

Woody not only gets two weeks unpaid time off, but also gets the use of my car when I don't use it for a least 3 months. Further, I'm offering him a retirement plan based on 100% of the funds he earns from my site when he is on vacation. In other words, every nickle he earns from me on his time off will be doubled and deposited in a special offshore account. He knows the one I mean, after all, he helped me set it up.

GM--
When you consider our similar experiences, this match was only natural.
First, here's what you wrote about yourself in "About GM Roper":
"You may be wondering why I named this GM's Corner, simple really: When I first started commenting on other's blogs, I used only my first two initials and last name, other's responded to me using GM and one told me to go to my corner after a fierce battle verbal battle. Hence, GM's Corner."
Now, here's a similar experience that I had. When I was "discussing" something with reg over at Marc Cooper's, Marc interrupted the discussion by writing this:
Hey, Reg and Woody...This is about me and Nikki! Back to ur corners! :)

So, you can see that I've been ordered back to the corner, too; and, since your corner is as good as any, I'll squeeze in.
