A New Law Long Past Due
“Pull ‘em up or pay up.”That’s Police Chief Don English’s interpretation of a new law that takes effect in Mansfield on Sept. 15
Anyone caught wearing sagging pants who exposes his or her underwear will be subject to a fine of up to $150 plus court costs, or face up to 15 days in jail. ....
Kids in the malls and overweight plumbers, consider yourselves on notice.
Plumbers too? Thank God... now, to get that passed as a national law.

You know, I'm no fan of excess regulation, but I have to say that it's about friggin' time on this one.

I am, generally, against more Big Government, however I like this idea. Further, I think that anyone wearing a t-shirt that says things so crude, so obnoxious that they are - indeed - just that, ought to be required to wear: "I AM A CRUDE, OBNOXIOUS IDIOT...AND I APOLOGIZE." Second offense, they should be sent to Devil's Island (see: French Guyana).

;-) Your pants should at least cover you undies while standing! Then there are all those "strange" positions we take the rest of the time!
