Texas Justice for Tom Delay: Here Comes da' Judge [UPDATED]
Those Democratic prosecutors sure know how to pick them....
DeLay judge supports MoveOn.orgWhen Rep. Tom DeLay is booked this Friday on charges of money laundering, the presiding judge will be a Democrat Party activist who has contributed money to the presidential campaign of Sen. John Kerry, the Democratic National Committee and the George Soros-backed MoveOn.org.
So, what's the problem? He's a judge isn't he? He's supposed to decide cases based on the law and not his political affiliations. Right? Right!?
