Seven layers of skin, a layer of fat that is generally from a half an inch to an inch and the wall of a impregnated uterus and you can still see the toes. Sorry. It's a creative attempt, but an obvious fake.

Danny, you may be 100% correct, in fact, on discussing this with some friends in the ob/gyn field I suspect you are correct. but it is still one hell of a photograph... ;-)
