Is leg pulling going on here, or did I actually read William F. Buckley's name above? Sure, there are probably more than one in the world, however, I hope it is THE WFB. BTW, GM, your "just sign the form 180" piece is a classic. Humor, tongue in cheek, the lot. Another BTW, rumor has it that since your are frugal (tony word for "cheap"), that your Caribbean cruise envolves lots of rowing. Is this true? WHOOPS! I just looked again...proof that you see what you want to see. Buckley F. Williams...very clever on someone's part.
