1Reason to select GM for
1Reason to select GM for King of the blogs. Though a newbie to blogging he rapidly captured the imagination of his old and newfound friends with wit and dedication to freedom and human dignity; even lefties like Marc Cooper like him. Besides, his wife thinks he is cute and sexy.
I voted for you, but I see that you are currently running behind. I suggest that you look for some "missed" votes in King County, Washington or protest that your supporters were disinfranchised. I will start "Swift Boat Veterans for GM." Ask the posters at Cooper's to add to your support. Democrats are used to stuffing the ballot boxes, and they have found ways to do it after elections are well over. Good luck!

Woody, If I didn't know MUCH better, I'd think you got your voting skills at the Democratic Party..... But, I DO know better. Thanks for the ideas.

My grandmother, who passed away forty years ago, just voted for you. I remember when I was young how we were watching "Queen for a Day" on our black-and-white television and heard the gut-wrenching stories of despair from the poor souls competing for the title. Well, for having the saddest story, the applause meter went off the scale to give the winner the dream of her life--a washing machine. Teary eyed, my grandmother told me, if I ever saw a deserving person who wanted to be voted into royalty on the internet that Al Gore was inventing, that I should vote for them and also cast an absentee ballot for her. Well, GM, the applause meter at my house has gone off the scale for you. This act fulfills her dream and my commitment to my grandmother. Good luck, GM. We're scouring the graveyards for more votes for you.
