The other night, as I drifted off to sleep with a minor headache from slipping in the shower and bumping my head against the side of the shower, I had a rather weird dream. Reality or the Twilight Zone?
Now there is what most of my blogging friends (and maybe a few of my non-blogging friends) would think is perhaps the most nonsensical post title of all time (well, at least on this blog).
But lets take a look at all this man may actually do for us. Oh, and while you are reading, my Muse will put Muse-ical notes at the end of each possibility.
First, Obama will bring a new kind of politics to the process. It won't be harsh, bitter, attacking or any of that typical olde tyme politikin'. (Well, he isn't doing so good at that now is he GM, he wouldn't let a couple of Muslim women in headscarves in a picture because the right wingers might call him a Muslim himself - or maybe it wasn't him, maybe it was the "volunteers" and he can always claim "That's not the volunteer I've known." After all, it worked for him with throwing Rezko and Wright under the bus... /s/ Muse)
Okay Muse, at least he is not talking about McCain's age. (Reealllly? /s/ Muse) Well, he isn't doing it directly! (Not directly? Then perhaps it is the "olde tyme" politikin' after all... /s/ Muse)
Harrumph!!! OK, then lets look at his energy policy and how that will bring us more energy. (You mean like keeping off shore drilling, ANWR, oil shale and the Dakota fields out of bounds... oh yeah, that will work... /s/ Muse). Well, even McCain won't go for that kind of drilling but McCain wants to give up the federal gas tax to encourage more driving which will find... oops! (Like I said, "oh yeah, that will work... /s/ Muse)
Alright, how about Obama isn't really the so called "empty suit?" (GM, empty suit is a term of derision for those who pretend to be experienced at something. Obama claims he has the necessary experience because he did community organization 25 years ago in a housing project that is now so dangerous the police have lights and cameras all over it and a lot of apartments are boarded up. Experience in the Illinois Senate where he "kicked everyone" off the ballot so that he ran unopposed. Experience where he had no bills to his name until some Chicago political boss decided to "make himself a U.S. Senator" and put Obama's name on a lot of bills that other reps and Senators had worked long and hard on. A man who claims to have been "right" on Iraq but won't admit the success of the "surge." As I said, yeah, that will work... /s/ Muse)
OK, OK, so maybe he is an empty suit, but he'll bring the races together. (GM, you gotta be kidding me, he has spoken more using the "race card" than anyone, in fact, no one mentions his race EXCEPT him. For example, this quote:
and that is just the tip of the iceberg GM, the man is playing the race card for all he is worth and lying about it to boot.../s/ Muse)"It is going to be very difficult for Republicans to run on their stewardship of the economy or their outstanding foreign policy," Obama told a fundraiser in Jacksonville, Florida. "We know what kind of campaign they're going to run. They're going to try to make you afraid.
"They're going to try to make you afraid of me. He's young and inexperienced and he's got a funny name. And did I mention he's black?"
OK, I'll admit that Obama the Obamessiah is an empty-suited bigot with no idea how to solve the oil problem and can't even begin to think about NOT using olde tyme politikin' but he, he.,,, wait a minute, I'm-a-thinkin' . . . OK, Obama goes to church regularly. There (yes, he does, but he went to a church where the preacher is a radical racist, who G-- Damns America and who discounted Obama by saying that he does what politicians do when he threw his pastor and his church under the bus...and he had the gall to say that in 20 years of listening to that crap that he hadn't realized that about his preacher and then said "That's not the Reverend Wright I knew." Face it GM, like many politicians (does Bill Clinton going up the steps of a church with a big Bible in his hands when he had been discovered having illicit extramarital sex ring a bell?... /s/ Muse)
OK, I'll admit that Obama the Obamessiah is an empty-suited bigot with no idea how to solve the oil problem and can't even begin to think about NOT using olde tyme politikin' and he wears his religion on his sleeve but probably it's just a front but he did say that he would pull the troops out of Iraq first thing. (GM, that blow to your head must have scrambled you a whole lot more than you realize... he also has said that he'd leave some troops there. As Commander in Chief, when the brown excrement hits the oscillating air mover, do you really think he won't let them shoot back or send in more troops? Get real, he'd do exactly what has been done, and anyone that believes him on that issue is a dunce... /s/ Muse)
OK, but if I vote for McCain, won't I be voting for the lesser of two evils? (and if you vote for the Obamessiah you will be voting for the GREATER of two evils and if you don't vote for McCain, you will allow the Greater of two evils to win by default... /s/ Muse)
And then I woke up... damn, what a nightmare that was. GM vote for Obama... NO WAY, NO HOW! I'm not convinced to voting for McCain yet, but I'm beginning to lean that way the more I see of this Obama character. What a dishonest loser Obama really is.

Obama is dangerous because he's so naive - yet so many people believe he can CHANGE things. He will. And this country will be a sitting duck, defenseless, when the next terror attack comes at us. We will be defenseless because all our money will be spent on programs for the needy; health care for all; and the like- who cares if we can protect the country though.

RAVEN is correct, the biggest danger Obama presents is his naivete, he's so inexperienced he doesn't even think he doesn't know it all.
I still haven't decided on whether to hold my nose and vote for McCain, or vote for the Libertarian as a protest. Either way, I think my vote will be "wrong". If we keep voting for "the lesser of two evils" we will keep getting turkeys to vote for from the GOP, and we will continue the slide into mediocraty that exists; on the other hand if we vote for a candidate that has NO chance of winning, we allow the evil that is the modern Demoncrat party to totally take over and take us ever furthur down the road of Socialism to inevitable tyrany. Either way, it's a lousy prospect to face.
It's time for all of us to invest in precious metals for the coming tribulations; copper, lead, and brass.

Sarah Palin has deliberately left the question as to whether or not she will run in 2012 open. For those who believe a bid for the GOP nomination is still a possibility for her, The Arizona Republic provides women’s chef coats some further evidence: after months of rumors, Palin may have purchased a house in Scotsdale, Arizona. A deal on a secluded, 8,000-square-foot home in far north Scottsdale was recently closed by Safari Investments LLC for $1.695 million cash. The terms of the deal hide chef coats the identity of the owner, and when the attorney listed on the property records, Alan Kierman, was asked if Palin was the buyer, his response was an intriguing "no comment." According to the Republic, Palin has been rumored to be considering aprons headquartering her 2012 White House campaign in Scottsdale, if there is a campaign. A anonymous source from her camp also told Ben Smith at Politico that she would base a potential presidential campaign in Scottsdale, near where Bristol Palin recently bought fleece blankets a house in Maricopa. Palin has also been mentioned as a possible candidate for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Senator Jon Kyl.
