Why am I not surprised that such an error was made? I've seen copies of some of the public schools' "press releases" and signs in front of schools. Mercy! Are there no proofreaders?

What I used to enjoy was reading the subliterate diktats issued from the school superintendent's office... Of course, I couldn't be too hard on the guy. After all, his "doctorate" was in school administration, and we all know by now that the LOWEST SCORERS (by a large gap) on the GRE are candidates for graduate "edumacation" in school administration.
